Coordinated Entry System (CES), a homeless and housing prevention service, is a program provided by 211 San Joaquin to support individuals and families experiencing homelessness to connect them with resources and assist with finding permanent supportive housing programs. 211 San Joaquin completes assessments using a vulnerability tool (VI-SPDAT) to assess clients to refer them to the community queue (aka the waiting list) to receive services when housing programs are available. Anyone can call 211 San Joaquin to get assessed.
