    Program Delivery

    • Eligibility: Participating seniors must meet all criteria: 1 sign up per household per site. *Must be 60 years of age or older *Reside in San Joaquin County *Limited income as follows: Individual monthly income $2,430 or less; Joint monthly income $3,288 or less

    • Application Process: Call or walk-in to sign-up. Can only sign up at ONE site.
