    • Eligibility: Must be 60 years of age or older and reside in appropriate zip codes
    • Languages: Other languages available through the language line, Spanish, English
    • Application Process: Call or Walk-in to sign up. Walk-in to pick up food.

    • Required Documents: Proof of Residency: Photo ID, utility bill, rental agreement, or any form of current address verification; Required to sign the EFAP Certification of Eligibility form.
