    Provides supplemental groceries to at-risk seniors in San Joaquin and Stanislaus Counties. Seniors get 15-18 pounds of groceries twice a month, including 6 pounds of fresh fruits and vegetables.

    Seniors can enroll at nearby Silver Harvest Program locations.

    Program Delivery

    • Eligibility: Participating seniors must meet all criteria: 1 sign up per household per site. *Must be 60 years of age or older *Reside in San Joaquin County *Limited income as follows: Individual monthly income $2,430 or less; Joint monthly income $3,288 or less

    • Application Process: Call or walk-in to sign-up. Can only be sign up at ONE site.
