    Program Delivery

    • Eligibility: Families chronically or at risk of homelessness and youth aged 18-24 experiencing or at risk of homelessness. Household income must be below 30% AMI. Also be a participant of one of the following agencies: Aspiranet, Central Valley Low Income Housing, Children's Home of Stockton, Lutheran Social Services of Northern CA, Mary Magdalene Community Services, and/or Parents by Choice.
    • Languages: English, Khmer (Cambodian), Spanish, and Vietnamese
    • Application Process: Referral only from Aspiranet, Central Valley Low Income Housing, Children's Home of Stockton, Lutheran Social Services of Northern CA, Mary Magdalene Community Services, and/or Parents by Choice.

    • Required Documents: Referral intake packet, photo ID, social security card, birth certificate, household income, and assessment documentation to be provided to the referring agency to HACSJ.
