    • Online Health Tools and Resources - Helps individual manage their ongoing health conditions and tools to live better such as health calculators, health and drug encyclopedia, podcasts, recipes, and tools to members.
    • Self-care Apps - Download wellness apps to support health needs.
    • Offers a variety of programs and classes to educate the community about healthy living. Health education available in-person, phone, and online or video appointments, classes, and support groups.
    • Wellness Coaches available to help manage weight, reduce stress, quit tobacco, eat healthier, and increase activity. Call to schedule an appointment or schedule online at kp.org/mydoctor/wellnesscoaching
