    • Case Management and Advocacy
    • Assistance with School Enrollment, School Supplies and Referral to Student Services (Counseling, Special Education, Preschool and After School Program)
    • Transportation to school when needed
    • Referral to community agencies

    Program Delivery

    • Eligibility: Homeless families with children and youth residing in the Stockton Unified School District (SUSD) boundaries or SUSD is the "school of origin". Homeless children and unaccompanied youth eligible if they meet the requirements if they live: *In a shelter (family, domestic violence, or youth shelter or transitional living program) *In a motel, hotel or weekly rate housing *In a house or apartment with more than one family because of economic hardship (foreclosure/eviction) *In an abandoned building, in a car, at a campground, or on the streets *If you are a runaway or unaccompanied youth
