NAMI Connection Recovery Support Group

    Offers confidential, peer-led support group for individuals with mental health conditions. Group follows a structured format to ensure everyone has a chance to share and get support.

    Group meets for 90 minutes at different intervals—weekly, every other week, or monthly—depending on the location. Led by individuals with mental health challenges, and no specific medical treatment is recommended.

    NAMI Connection Recovery Support Group will help you:

    • Forgive ourselves and reject guilt
    • Embrace humor as healthy
    • Accept that we cannot solve every problem
