    Offers confidential, peer-led support group for family members, significant others and friends of people with mental health conditions. Group follows a structured format to ensure everyone has a chance to share and get support.

    Group meets for 60-90 minutes at different intervals—weekly, every other week, or monthly—depending on the location. Led by individuals with mental health challenges, and no specific medical treatment is recommended.

    NAMI Family Support Group will help you:

    • Embrace humor as healthy
    • Accept that we cannot solve every problem
