    Program Delivery

    • Eligibility: Individuals 18 years of age or older and need treatment for alcohol, drug addiction, and/or dependence
    • Languages: Additional languages are provided via a translation service, English, Spanish, Cambodian
    • Application Process: Call for telephone intake
    • Program Fees: Sliding scale fee based on income. Accepts Medi-Cal and private insurance
    • Required Documents: Depending on circumstances, may need: Photo ID, Social Security card, Insurance card, Authorized referral form from referring agency (if applicable), Court papers (if visit from court referral)
